Validity: The gift card is strictly valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase 6 Months from the date of issue. Expired cards cannot be extended or reactivated.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a cash refund, or transferred to another account once purchased.
Balance Management: If the total cost of your booked services is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be saved for your next appointment. If the service total exceeds the card's value, the remaining difference can be paid using our standard accepted payment methods.
